In the coming weeks, UA Record's Sleep Coaching feature will be deprecated. This means that you will no longer receive scheduled sleep reminders (push notifications) to help you get to bed on time and meet your sleep goal. Even if you have Sleep Reminders enabled in Notification Settings, they will stop functioning on or before 1/1/19.
In light of this change, we suggest that you consider an alternate way to get bedtime reminders, such as the bedtime feature built into Apple's Clock app, or setting an alarm for 60 mins before bedtime on Android.
You will still be able to track and view all relevant sleep information, including Sleep Score and Body Clock within UA Record.
