You are able to tap on any section of the Record Dashboard to view additional stats and historical data pertinent to that section.
To view sleep details, simply tap on the lower right quadrant of your Record Dashboard, labeled "Sleep."
The My Sleep page allows you to view today's stats and how you stack up against your sleep goals. On this page you can own your sleep by viewing your Daily Sleep, 14 Day Sleep Score, Sleep Score Trends, Body Clock, and Resting Heart Rate (if tracked with UA Band), and Sleep Trends.
If your sleep has been recorded using a device, this section will display your sleep stats for the night. Currently, only the UA Band and the Jawbone UP will import Sleep Details which consists of awake events, light, and deep sleep data. You can also log your sleep to see how you progress towards your sleep goal.
Protip: Tap the circled 'i' icon next to "Daily Sleep" to view information about why getting sufficient sleep is critical to your health and wellness.
- Time you went to bed, woke up and the amount of time you were asleep.
- Goal bed time, awake time, and total sleep time
- Sleep zones: the peaks are awake events, and the valleys are deep sleep hours with light sleep in between
- Numerical summary of your sleep showing wake events, time spent awake, in light sleep, and in deep sleep
- Sleep recap, resting heart rate data will be displayed if sleep is recorded with the UA Band
- Use this button to log your sleep or a nap!
- To edit your sleep, tap (1) or (6), and you can adjust the time that you went to bed and woke up, then press save.
- To change your sleep goal, tap (2), then press save.
14 Day Sleep Score
The 14 day sleep score is based on the last 14 nights of sleep, we give you a score between 0 and 100 to rate your overall sleep patterns. Please Note: If you are not using a device that tracks wake events, you can only achieve a maximum score of 85.
Sleep Score is based on the user's Sleep Duration vs Goal, Bed Time vs Goal, Wake Time vs Goal, Wake Events, and Awake time all measured over time. To read more, tap "See my score calculation"
Sleep Score Trends
This chart allows you to view your sleep score calculations over time. If you tap the "Total Score Trend" button, you can choose between viewing your Total Score Breakdown (total sleep score over time) or Total Score Breakdown (how your score adds up over time). You can select your preferred time-span: 14, 30, or 90 days to help you gain valuable insight into your progress.
This chart allows you to view your sleeping logs in relation to your Sleep Goal over time. You will see statistics for how consistent you are at reaching your bed time, duration, and wake time goals. The better you are at falling into the goal zones, the higher your sleep score will be! You can select your preferred time-span: 14, 30, or 90 days to help you gain valuable insight into your progress.
Resting Heart Rate
This is currently only visible to users with a UA Band, this data is collected each night the band is worn to track sleep. You can select your preferred time-span: week, month, or year to help you gain valuable insight into your progress.
